One of my mentors, Kristen Joy (a.k.a. The Book Ninja), has written an excellent series on Copyrights and Trademarks. The whole series is very good and I highly recommend you read it; however, today I want to specifically point out part 3.
Part three of Kristen’s series deals with the issue of book covers and titles. This is definitely an area that seems to confuse a lot of author and wanna-be authors and she does a superb job explaining the issue clearly and concisely.
